    II. Registration

    Steps
    1. Click the Registration and provide information;
    2. Follow the payment instructions on the Registration Confirmation Page and finalize transfer payment within 2 weeks; and
    3. After the payment, you will receive the Participation Confirmation Letter sent by the host.


    III. Rules about conference registration cancellation and refund

    Application for conference registration cancellation and refund should be made before January 31, 2018 in the written form (including E-mail or fax). The refund rules:

    If the cancellation application is made before or on January 31, 2018, the registered participant shall pay 30% of the fee to the host;

    If the cancellation application is made after January 31, 2018, no refund is available; if intending to change the participant, please contact the host at first.
